Processing Time

  • Orders ship within approximately 3–7 business days

  • Pre-order items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All shipping includes tracking.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but is not found, please check:

  • Neighbors

  • Mailroom/front desk (if applicable)

  • Your mailbox and surrounding areas

If the package is lost, stolen, or delayed after USPS/UPS marks it delivered, Moonroot Magic™ is not responsible, but we’ll always do our best to guide you in next steps.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can replace it promptly.
