All sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

At Moonroot Magic™, every item is created or curated with intention, care, and energetic alignment. Because of the nature of handcrafted candles, diffusers, crystal grids, digital guides, and wellness accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items.

However, your experience matters deeply to us.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your item is defective

• You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

• A brief description of what happened

We will take care of you promptly and with kindness.

Non-returnable items include:

• Candles (used or unused)

• Car diffusers

• Digital guides

• Gift cards

• Any item that has been opened, used, burned, or altered
